Human Resources Audit:

Expertise HR occurs mainly at 2 levels:

1. Diagnostic phase aimed to establish an inventory of human resources in terms of:

  • Divided by number of socio-professional categories,
  • Statutes,
  • Levels of skills and qualifications in view of the duties and requirements of current positions,
  • Payroll
  • The surrounding culture,
  • Maturity level of work teams,
  • Social climate and labor relations
  • Quality of work life: ergonomics, conditions and working hours

2. Phase proposals and recommendations:

In light of the organizational audit of diagnosis and Human Resources, Formathemes to make adjustments and recommendations in terms of acquisition, conversion, training, or if necessary, dismissal of Human Resources. The definition of future workforce skills and human resources will be aligned with the clarification of the mission, objectives and organizational redesign.
